DONG PHO MOI HIGH STANDARD APARTMENT BUILDINGS

I/ INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT LOCATION

Lao Cai is a North-Western province of Viet Nam, one of three provinces having the international border with China. Lao Cai is connected with China through the Yunnan province - a gateway to the large South-western market of China. Lao cai is 375km away from Hanoi, located on the Kunming - Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong economic lobby which is planned by both by the Chinese and Vietnamese governments, and in the shortest gateway linking the Asean with Viet Nam with the big markets of China and the countries from North Asia.


In the near future, Lao Cai will become an important trading bridge with other countries in the area and Lao Cai will be an attractive destination not only for the tourists but also for the businessmen alike, the professionals and skill workers to this area.


Our apartments building is located in Pho Moi East, Lao Cai, along the South side of the Red river, opposite the new administration quarter of Lao Cai province and next to the Pho Moi East industrial zone with the total area of 80 HA.

- Decision no. 3453/QÑ-UBND by the people committee of Lao Cai province approving the project for Apartments building at the Pho Moi East, Lao Cai city.

 

IV/ TARGET OF THE PROJECT:

- To establish a new urban quarter with high quality, green, clean, aesthetically pleasing residence area, good infrastructures at international standard; as part of the overall urbanisation process in the region.
- Respond the housing demand for many different population, and customers especially the professionals, the management and staff working at the trade centers, the industrial zones in Lao Cai and the surrounding area.
