At HKL Pacific, we source for residential, commercial and industrial assets which provide long term good value for the investment and has the potential for attractive capital appreciation.
We assist private clients with exploring new investment opportunities, or multinational companies with China + 1 strategies looking at supplementing or sourcing for alternative supply chains away from China while still within proximity with the existing base, with a focus in the neighbouring growing economic regions such as Cambodia and Vietnam. We work hand in hand with local private stake holders and SoEs on the sourcing and development of investment projects, or setting up whole manufacturing supply chains.
Our main goal is to bring everything in a project together in a cost and time efficient way – and very importantly ensure that everything is correctly structured from the beginning while creating opportunities for employment and essential infrastructures for the local communities.
