Sustainable Industrial Parks
Shinec-Vinashin Industrial Park – Hai Phong VN
Developed by Shinec – Vinashin Group, the $US 46.7m Shinec – Vinashin Industrial complex in Thuy Nguyen district in the northern port city of Hai Phong offers 320 hectare of mixed use property development, of which 15 hectares is allocated to the ship building sector. The development features a wharf capable of accommodating maritime vessels up to 6,500 tons, office buildings, a trade center, and housing for the local community. HKL Pacific is engaged by the developer to provide Planning and Sustainable Economic Community and Industrial Development service for this shipping industry hub in the North of Vietnam. Key to this project is to provide planning and design solutions which enhances industrial and manufacturing functions and success whilst posing minimum impact on the urban areas separated by a small water channel.
Deep Sea Ports
Steung Hav Sihanoukville Port SEZ – Cambodia
HKL Pacific is engaged by Attwood Investment Group to provide consulting for the redesign and extension of the port which includes deep pilings stretching 400m into the sea connecting this port to its 1000HA Industrial Park and Special Economic Zone by the developer.
