Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Park & New Ham Kiem City – Binh Thuan – VN
Developed by Bitas Joint Stock Company, the Ham Kiem 2 Industrial park and new Ham Kiem City in Binh Thuan province offers a total industrial area of 433 hectares and 31.2 hectares for mixuse and services developments. HKL Pacific Co. Ltd (VN) was appointed as Investment and Development Consultant for this international industrial park to provide Investment Assessment, Planning and Sustainable Economic Development Options and Funding Program for this development as an industrial icon of this growing economic region of South Vietnam. The challenge of attracting and providing 50,000 strong local and regional labour work force for the industrial park gives rise to opportunities for carefully integrated mix use urban and industrial zoning in the design of residential housing and community insfrastructure developments.

Thu Thiem 2 Bridge Design & Investment – Saigon
HKL Pacific is engaged by the Vietnam Ministry of Construction – Vinaconex to provide Design Consultants and Investment Finance solutions for this $US100 million project connecting the Bason prime real estate to the South of Saigon. With HKL Pacific as Design and Project Consultant for Cox Architecture, the design proposal by Australian legend designer Phillip Cox of Cox Architecture features both functional yet elegant tensile srructure as well as incompassing strategic commercial spaces which adds great value to the project.
